Monday 21st December;

Due to severe Royal Mail delays over the last week, we’ve upgraded customers’ shipping options. Where customers have paid for Royal Mail 24, we’ve upgraded to Tracked, and where customers have paid for Tracked we’ve upgraded to Special Delivery.

We have 2 Royal Mail collections and 1 Hermes collection everyday, and are dispatching all in-stock orders within 24hrs.


Tuesday 20th October;

Earlier in the year, from around March to August, we experienced severe delays with Royal Mail.

However, our latest delivery stats show Royal Mail and Hermes are now meeting their delivery timeframes, and we aren’t seeing any delays.
