I’ve changed my mind/I no longer want my order
No problem! 🙂 If you’re not happy with your order for whatever reason, simply contact us within 14 days of having been received. Please get in touch to request return details and an RMA reference.
We ask that you return products to us in original boxed condition, to be inspected and added back into our inventory. If you’ve already thrown away original packaging, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer refunds on these items.
You’ll need to return the product(s) to us at your expense. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund you as quickly as possible, within 1-2 days.
The item(s) are faulty or defective
If you believe an item in your order is faulty, please contact us with details, as we’ll be able to advise if it’s actually a fault. Since each item is carefully tested before being added to our inventory, it’s very rare you’ll receive a faulty item.
In the first instance, send us an email with photos of the faults/flaw attached so we can help you as quickly as possible.
If an item is found to be faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping (UK Mainland only), and you’ll be able to choose from a refund or replacement.
